Sovereign Leadership Coaching
Sovereign Leadership Coaching is for high-capacity leaders navigating complexity, change, and growth — the kind of leaders who sense that this moment is asking something different and who are committed to shaping teams, organizations, and systems rooted in integrity and collective care.
Our work together will calibrate your inner compass for decision-making, deepen your self-trust, and support you in leading from an embodied place, rather than from external pressure or expectation. Through this process, you develop the steadiness and discernment to move through complexity while remaining rooted in your own wisdom.
Coaching sessions are 90-minutes and can be scheduled monthly or bi-monthly.

Threshold Partnership
Threshold Partnership is for leaders guiding their organization through a pivotal inflection point – and who are committed to both deep reflection and thoughtful action. These moments, whether growth, transformation, or endings, require both internal shifts and external choices and benefit from a clear process and grounded guide so leaders can see clearly and act wisely while the threshold fully unfolds.
Through this partnership, I work side by side with you: offering my unique approach to executive coaching, while also taking on specific strategic work to accelerate progress and give you space to lead. Our work together will strengthen you as a leader and the organization itself – allowing you to step into embodied leadership, reimagine direction and structures, and translate insight from our work into grounded action.
These engagements typically last 6 to 12 months, with a regular cadence of dedicated coaching sessions and monthly work sessions.

Facilitation
Bespoke Facilitation supports groups navigating important processes where dialogue, reflection, design, and decision-making are essential to making a different future possible.
Whether a retreat, strategic planning process, or system assessment, I design each engagement in collaboration with you to create a process that allows diverse voices, multiple truths, new ideas, and insights to emerge.
My approach is participatory and relational, drawing on practices such as Emergent Strategy, Liberatory Structures, and Results-Based Accountability to help people think together, surface what matters, and generate new possibilities. At its best, my facilitation helps groups see one another more honestly, collaborate more deeply, and move forward in ways that strengthen both the organization and the wider systems they are part of.
These engagements range from a single facilitated event to an ongoing series.

Strategic
Advisory
Strategic Advisory is available to values-aligned organizations seeking a partner in disrupting current norms and default ways of working in their sector. In these engagements, I serve as a thoughtful strategic partner on a defined project or initiative, which may include an assessment, strategy development, program audit, or the creation of frameworks and tools that help groups position their approach for change at scale and meaningful impact.
I take on a limited number of these projects each year, selecting engagements where the purpose, people, and timing are aligned for momentum and impact. When the fit is right, I bring my expertise in systems-thinking, analytical and evaluation background, and intuitive, visionary insight to help groups move important work forward in ways that strengthen their mission and benefit the collective.
Each engagement is scoped based on timing, complexity, & desired outcomes.
