ABOUT

We were made for these times

I work with people willing to face the complexity, change, and unraveling of systems around us — and choose to rise to meet the moment with courage and integrity.

My approach is rooted in a simple belief: the challenges we face today won’t be solved by the same assumptions and models that created them.

The work I do helps people reconnect to their inner wisdom while strengthening their sense of responsibilities to the people, communities, and systems they are a part of.

Through this work, individuals, leaders, and groups develop and learn to trust their own discernment - the ability to see clearly, navigate complexity, and make grounded decisions.

My work is grounded in three truths:

  • Inner wisdom guides decisions with integrity

  • Collective responsibility strengthens the ability hold complexity

  • Real change emerges from shared vision

Meet Whitney

Your guide for moments of change, complexity, and possibility

My people are the ones who feel called to shape a different future.

I work with individuals, leaders, and organizations navigating threshold moments the potent crossroads where something in our lives, leadership, systems, or society is asking to change.

Thresholds matter deeply to me. I’ve crossed many of them myself — living on three continents, marrying across cultures, leaving a structured career path, and stepping into the fullest (yet!) expression of who I am. These experiences have taught me that transformation rarely happens cleanly. Discomfort and possibility arrive together, and the moments that challenge us most, are also the ones that set us on our truest path.

Today, I walk alongside individuals, leaders, and organizations as they navigate their own thresholds.

For more than fifteen years my professional work has lived at the intersection of community-centered solutions, systems transformation, and social impact. I’ve worked in nonprofits, local government, and regional partnerships in roles spanning community programs, evaluation, and executive leadership. Today, my work blends systems thinking with intuitive guidance to support transformation for both individuals and organizations.

My approach draws from:

  • Formal training in public policy, system change theory, & measurable impact

  • Nearly twenty years of group facilitation

  • A decade, and counting, of study and unlearning about the systems of power that shape us

  • A lifetime of cultivating discernment and trust in my intuition

I’ve never fit neatly in a box. As a multi-passionate, I draw from a range of expertise which allows me to support complex work across diverse groups and settings. My practice spans leadership coaching, personal transformation, strategy, and process-work with values-aligned individuals and organizations. At the center of all my work is a commitment to moving insight into grounded action - work that not only transforms individuals, but ripples outward to benefit the collective.

At the heart of my work is a simple belief: meaningful change happens when people are resourced and reconnect to their inner wisdom. From that place, relationships, organizations, and systems evolve with greater care, integrity, and mutuality.

I have the unique privilege of living in my hometown of Bend, Oregon – a Cascade mountain community fed by the Deschutes River – situated on the ancestral homelands of the Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs, Klamath Tribes, and Burns Paiute Tribe, who have stewarded this land since time immemorial.

A few influences that shape how I see the world and hold space for others…
