Full of Yourself

Because what else are you going to be full of?

A half-day workshop for women who want to fully include themselves in their beautiful lives.

Right. Now.

Details:

  • Sunday, December 6th

  • 1:00-4:00 PM

  • Hanai in Bend, OR

  • Investment: $97

You are allowed to want things. In fact, you can actually have exactly what you want.

Time alone.

A meal you get to enjoy fully present.

A holiday where you get to play too.

A career that this expansive. And a home that is joyful.

To be something different than the role your expected to play…

Wife. Mother. Daughter. Leader. Lover. Friend.

A good woman is selfless.

She puts the needs of everyone else ahead of her own.

She ensures everyones needs are met.

And she feels satisfied.

we call bullshit.

Selfish. Self-centered. Full of yourself.

You’ve likely learned to hear these words like warning shots.

Be generous.

Be grateful.

Put others first.

You’ve likely become so practiced at caring for everyone else at home, in your extended family, at work, in your friend group, that you’re not even fully aware that you’ve left yourself out.

This isn’t your fault. It’s your conditioning. And its a cultural pattern and phenomena that keeps the literal and figurative trains of our homes, lives, workplaces, and society a float.

It’s unfair.

It’s often unconscious.

And it’s within your power to SHIFT.

What if reclaiming yourself in your own life could also be…

Fun?

Playful?

Decadent?

Need to ADD A paragraph about our why - and why this is important to use

Together we’ll consider:

  • Where did you learn that wanting something for yourself was selfish?

  • What parts of yourself get crowded out when you’re tending to everyone else?

  • How can you stay included in the care and abundance you create?

  • What would you like to experience this holiday season—and how will you let people know?

There will be room for tenderness, laughter, and the discomfort of saying what’s actually true..

Make Room For Yourself this Season

This workshop is for you if:

  • You are the person who always anticipates everything that’s needed, but often feel unfulfilled.

  • You keep the traditions going, and feel simultaneously fueled and exhausted by all of it.

  • You are the one who smooth things over when tensions are high so that everyone has great experience, but you’re left feeling hungover by hyper-vigilance and people pleasing.

  • You make sure that that everyone is having a great time, even if you can’t fully enjoy the moment.

You might truly love and enjoy some this. And still feel unhappy with certain dynamics or patterns that keep you from being fully present, fully in your joy, and fully enjoying your life.

It’s okay to feel the complicated nature of our lives. It’s not okay to feel like this inevitable or that you’re trapped in these circumstances.
