HANDLING IT &

HATING IT.

Free Workshop

Oct 28th

12pm PT / 3pm ET

hosted by Whitney Swander & Diane Murray

If you’ve started to wonder whether handling it and being “okay” are actually the same thing, this workshop is for you.

You’re showing up, getting all the things done, caring for others, and holding it together in your work, family, friendships, and community.

From the outside, it looks like you’ve got it handled. Better yet, you’ve actually got it dialed and it’s humming.

But underneath the performance of capability, you feel anxious, exhausted, irritable — or increasingly disconnected from the very life you’re working so hard to not just manage, but actually live and enjoy. What a concept!

Handling It & Hating it

- a workshop for the hyper-capable to reconnect with yourself and your power.

October 28th - 12pm PT / 3pm ET

Free on Zoom

New!

You’re handling it. But what is it costing you?

This workshop is for you if:

  • Your push-through button feels broken.

  • You’re more agitated, irritated, or reactive than you want to be.

  • You feel overwhelmed and caught in the same loop, trying harder to fix something that isn’t changing.

  • You’re hyperfocused on not disappointing others—even when it means repeatedly letting yourself down.

  • You find yourself numbing, distracting, or checking out just to make it through.

  • What once brought you joy now feels like another obligation.

  • You feel more like an observer than an active participant in your own life.

  • You’re exceptionally good at holding everything together—and increasingly resentful that you have to.

Real Talk.

This workshop isn’t about adding another productivity hack to your routine. And you certainly do not need someone else telling you to just calm down or “regulate your nervous system.”

Yuck.

You need enough space to notice what your anxiety is trying to protect, where your life may have tipped out of balance, and what becomes possible when fear and urgency are no longer in charge of decision-making.

We know there is deep wisdom inside of you.

This workshop is about tapping into your innate knowledge.

It’s about connecting with your anxiety as an intelligent mechanism to tap you into what’s out of alignment, what you actually want, and your growth edges (not some cliff leading to your failure…).

What we promise you:

  • We will guide you with integrity.

  • We will ALL laugh (at least 3 times!).

  • We will remind you that you are whole, just as you are.

  • We will call you into your courage. It’s your greatest tool for living, leading and loving authentically.

Come. Take a load off.
